We do not offer trials, but every order ships with free 30-day returns. You have a full month to make sure your Abaya fits perfectly — if it does not, send it back for a free, personalised onboarding on sizing and styling.
Orders can be updated or cancelled within 2 hours of checkout, as long as the boutique has not started tailoring. Reach out from My Orders and our team will help you adjust size, colour or address.
Ready-to-ship items can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched. Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, after which tailoring begins and the order becomes final.
Ready-to-ship Abayas are delivered across the Gulf within 2 to 5 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted on request and typically ship within 7 to 14 days, depending on the boutique.
Each product page includes the boutique’s own size guide with detailed measurements. When in doubt, our stylists are one message away and most boutiques offer made-to-measure tailoring.
Yes. You can add a company name, VAT number or a custom note to any invoice from the order page before it is finalised, so your purchase is fully ready for your records.
You are charged once at checkout in SAR. We support cards and Tabby instalments, splitting your total into interest-free payments with no hidden fees.
