By accessing or shopping on the Abaya storefront you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time and continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
Abaya is a curated marketplace connecting shoppers with independent boutiques. When you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under it. Boutiques are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing and the craftsmanship of the pieces they sell.
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy, confirmed once payment is captured and the boutique accepts it. We support card payments and Tabby instalments; made-to-order pieces enter production once payment is confirmed.
Delivery times vary between ready-to-ship and made-to-order items as described on each product page. Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are final sale unless they arrive faulty. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
All content on this platform — including imagery, designs, logos, text and the Abaya name — is owned by Abaya or its boutiques and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
Abaya provides the marketplace on an “as is” basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform or from products supplied by boutiques. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
