Changing an order depends on its status and on the selling boutique’s approval. Please contact customer service as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is confirmed, preparation or tailoring has begun, or the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Ready-to-wear pieces can be cancelled before preparation or dispatch begins, depending on the order status. Made-to-order or altered abayas may not be cancellable once production has started. Your statutory rights remain protected if a piece is faulty, does not match its description, or is delivered later than agreed.

The expected preparation and delivery time is shown on the product page and at order confirmation. It varies by boutique, abaya type, city and courier. The clock starts once payment and the order are confirmed, and you will be notified of any delay that affects the delivery date.

A size guide is available on the product page whenever the boutique provides one. Please review the measurements carefully, as sizing can differ between designs and brands. You are welcome to contact customer service before ordering for any help available.

Your business name, VAT number and any required details can be entered before the e-invoice is issued. Please make sure the information is correct at checkout: once the invoice is issued, any correction has to follow the e-invoicing rules and their associated documents.

Payments are taken in Saudi Riyal through the methods offered at checkout: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, stc pay, Tabby and Tamara. Buy-now-pay-later and instalment services are subject to Tabby’s and Tamara’s own eligibility criteria and terms.
